| I. Background | |

TREM2是免疫球蛋白超家族的單次跨膜受體，主要表達于巨噬細胞、未成熟單核細胞 衍生的樹突狀細胞、破骨細胞和小膠質(zhì)細胞上。TREM2 包含免疫球蛋白 V 型結(jié)構(gòu)的胞外 域、跨膜域和沒有信號傳導基序的短胞內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)域。它通過 DNAX 激活蛋白 10 和 12 （DAP10 和 DAP12）發(fā)出信號。單個 TREM2 分子可以同時與 DAP10 和 DAP12 相互作 用。 |
