| 使用前底物和細(xì)胞裂解液在4 ℃或室溫下溶解。開蓋前建議離心，集中液體到瓶底。按照1:50的體積比將組分B加入到組分A中，充分混勻配置所需量的檢測試劑。 | ||||
| 2.螢火蟲螢光素酶的檢測 | ||||
| ·檢測試劑和測試細(xì)胞樣本平衡至室溫。 | ||||
| ·向測試細(xì)胞樣本中加入等體積的檢測試劑。 | ||||
| 96孔板檢測體系，100μL培養(yǎng)基中加入100μL檢測試劑。 | ||||
| ·在測量前1200轉(zhuǎn)震蕩5分鐘，充分震蕩會(huì)使效果更好。 | ||||
