                | I. Background | |
|       CX3C 基序趨化因子受體 1 (CX3CR1),也稱為分形因子受體或 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體 13 (GPR13),是 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體 1 (GPCR1) 家族的跨膜蛋白,也是 CX3C 趨化因子受體亞 家族中唯一已知的成員。它是一種高度選擇性的表面受體,通常在單核細胞、CD4 T 細胞、 CD8 T 細胞、NK 細胞和 γδ 細胞上表達。CX3CL1 是一種獨特的趨化因子,可與其唯一受 體 CX3CR1 結合。 CX3CR1-CX3CL1 細胞內信號級聯(lián)負責調節(jié)細胞活性,使其達到更高的活性狀態(tài),如 存活、遷移和增殖等。  |
