| 
				      胰島素受體(INSR,Insulin Receptor)是調(diào)控葡萄糖代謝、細(xì)胞生長及能量穩(wěn)態(tài)的核 心跨膜受體。INSR 由兩個胞外α亞基(配體結(jié)合域)和兩個跨膜β亞基(激酶活性域)通過 二硫鍵連接成四聚體(α2β2)。胰島素結(jié)合α亞基后,觸發(fā)β亞基自磷酸化并激活其酪氨酸 激酶活性,進(jìn)而通過 PI3K-AKT 和 MAPK/ERK 信號通路協(xié)調(diào)代謝與增殖功能。INSR作為代謝與增殖信號的“分子開關(guān)”,在糖尿病、癌癥及罕見遺傳病中具有核心地位。  |
