                | I. Background | |
| CD200R作為CD200的同源配體,也是一種IgSF蛋白,在小鼠和人類中,CD200R的表達模式相似,均在巨噬細胞、中性粒細胞和肥大細胞中高表達。與大多數(shù)IgSF受體不同,CD200R缺乏ITIM結(jié)構(gòu)域,然而,它的67個氨基酸組成的細胞質(zhì)尾部含有三個酪氨酸殘基,第三個酪氨酸殘留位于NPXY基序內(nèi),該基序在CD200R結(jié)合配體后會被磷酸化,這導(dǎo)致其并不直接招募SHP1,SHP2等蛋白質(zhì)酪氨酸磷酸酶或磷酸化后的肌醇磷酸酶(SHIP),而是招募酪氨酸激酶下游銜接蛋白Dok-2和1,然后再與RasGAP和SHIP結(jié)合。 | |
