皰疹病毒進(jìn)入介質(zhì)（HVEM），也稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員 14 （TNFRSF14），是 TNF 受體（腫瘤壞死因子）超家族的人細(xì)胞表面受體。HVEM 在多種 免疫細(xì)胞中表達(dá)，包括 T 細(xì)胞、B 細(xì)胞、自然殺傷細(xì)胞、樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞。它還通 過(guò)在黑色素瘤細(xì)胞上的頻繁表達(dá)參與腫瘤的免疫逃避。 |
