淋巴細胞活化基因 3 (LAG-3)，又名 CD223，是一種 I 型跨膜蛋白，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族 (IgSF)。LAG-3 蛋白與 CD4 有同源結構，兩者的胞外區(qū)均具有四個 Ig 樣結構域，但 LAG-3 在膜遠端 Ig 樣結構域內還含有一種額外的環(huán)狀結構，使其與MHC II的親和力較CD4高100倍。LAG-3 在活化的 T 細胞、B 細胞、漿細胞樣樹突狀細胞 (DC) 和 NK 細胞上表達。LAG3 可結合 MHC II類 (MHC II)分子外，也可結合纖維蛋白原樣蛋白 1（FGL-1）、α-突觸核蛋白原纖維 (α-syn) 和凝集素半乳糖凝集素-3 (Gal-3) 以及淋巴結竇內皮細胞 C 型凝集素 (LSECtin) 。 |
