				 AXL, AXL receptor tyrosine kinase, is a receptor tyrosine kinase, which promotes growth, migration, and survival of tumor cells through activation of Mapk signaling (PMID: 28072762). Activation and overexpression of AXL has been associated with resistance to chemotherapeutic agents and targeted therapies (PMID: 28251492), in both solid and hematological tumors (PMID: 32148495).  |
