| I. Background | |
| CD44v6 基因是 CD44 基因的一種拼接變異體，其編碼的 CD44v6 蛋白是一種跨膜糖蛋 白，屬于細胞黏附分子家族成員。該基因位于人類第 11 號染色體短臂，在轉錄過程中，通 過選擇性剪接形成包含變異型外顯子 v6 的剪接體。CD44v6 主要在具有轉移能力的癌細胞 中表達，能夠改變細胞間及細胞與基質間的粘連，增強腫瘤細胞的轉移潛力。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)， CD44v6 在食管癌、乳腺癌、非小細胞肺癌、白血病和胃癌等多種惡性腫瘤組織中高表達， 與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及轉移密切相關。CD44v6 通過與透明質酸等配體結合，介導細胞黏 附和信號傳導，促進腫瘤細胞的侵襲和轉移。因此，CD44v6 被認為是腫瘤轉移促進基因， 是判斷腫瘤生物學行為及預后的重要標志，也為腫瘤治療提供了潛在的靶點。 | |
