| I. Background | |
| CEACAM1 基因，全稱癌胚抗原相關細胞粘附分子 1（Carcinoembryonic Antigenrelated Cell Adhesion Molecule 1），是免疫球蛋白超家族成員，定位于人類 19 號染色體長 臂 13.2 區(qū)（19q13.2）。其編碼的跨膜糖蛋白廣泛分布于內(nèi)皮細胞、上皮細胞、免疫細胞及 腫瘤細胞表面，參與細胞黏附、增殖、遷移、凋亡及血管生成等關鍵生理病理過程。 在腫瘤研究中，CEACAM1 表現(xiàn)出雙重角色：一方面，它可通過介導細胞間黏附促進 腫瘤侵襲轉移，并抑制免疫細胞殺傷作用，助力腫瘤逃逸；另一方面，其表達水平又與乳 腺癌、結腸癌等腫瘤的分化程度、分期及轉移呈正相關，提示其作為潛在生物標志物的價 值。該基因存在多種剪接變體，編碼的蛋白亞型（如 CEACAM1-L 和 CEACAM1-S）功能 各異，長亞型含免疫受體酪氨酸抑制基序（ITIM），參與信號轉導，短亞型則調(diào)節(jié)細胞骨 架。臨床研究顯示，血清 CEACAM1 水平與乳腺癌病理分化、TNM 分期及轉移顯著相關， 聯(lián)合其他標志物可提升診斷效能。 |
