| I. Background | |
| CD22（Siglec-2）屬于唾液酸結(jié)合免疫球蛋白型凝集素家族（Siglecs）成員，是一種 I 型跨膜蛋白，同時也是 B 細(xì)胞表面抑制性輔助受體之一，它與 B 細(xì)胞的發(fā)展、分化和功能 密切相關(guān)。CD22 在 B 細(xì)胞發(fā)育的早期主要在細(xì)胞內(nèi)表達(dá)，包括 pro-B 和 pre-B 細(xì)胞，并且 隨著 B 細(xì)胞發(fā)育的成熟，這種表達(dá)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移到細(xì)胞表面。CD22 可特異性結(jié)合含唾液酸 （Sia）的聚糖，并通過其 ITIM 抑制 B 細(xì)胞受體（BCR）信號傳導(dǎo)，發(fā)揮維持體液免疫穩(wěn) 態(tài)的作用。CD22 在絕大多數(shù)成熟的外周 B 細(xì)胞中特異性表達(dá)，且在大多數(shù) B 細(xì)胞惡性腫 瘤中表達(dá)，包括非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）、毛細(xì)胞白血病（HCL）、慢性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病 和急性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病（B-ALL）等。 | |
