| I. Background | |
| 鳥(niǎo)苷酸環(huán)化酶 C（guanylyl cyclase C， GUCY2C/GCC）屬于受體鳥(niǎo)苷酸環(huán)化酶家族中 的一員，該蛋白可作為內(nèi)源性肽鳥(niǎo)苷蛋白和尿鳥(niǎo)苷蛋白以及耐熱大腸桿菌腸毒素的受體。 GUCY2C 信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)由內(nèi)源激素鳥(niǎo)苷蛋白和尿鳥(niǎo)苷蛋白（分別為 GUCA2A 和 GUCA2B）和 外源細(xì)菌熱穩(wěn)定腸毒素 ST 誘導(dǎo)，產(chǎn)生第二信使 cGMP，激活 cGMP 依賴(lài)性蛋白酶 （PKG），最終導(dǎo)致上皮細(xì)胞增殖、分化和細(xì)胞凋亡等腸道穩(wěn)態(tài)過(guò)程的調(diào)節(jié)。GUCY2C 廣 泛表達(dá)于結(jié)直腸癌細(xì)胞和其他胃腸道腫瘤，GUCY2C 的功能喪失或增加與便秘或腹瀉相關(guān) 的幾種疾病有關(guān)，包括腸易激綜合征伴便秘（IBS-C）和慢性特發(fā)性便秘（CIC）以及炎癥 性腸病（IBD）。 | |
